Managaid — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 July 2026
Managaid ("the app") is a team-management tool for individual managers. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.
The short version
All data you enter stays on your device. Nothing is collected, transmitted, or shared by the app.
Data storage
- Team member details, leave records, reliever information, templates, and settings are stored in a local database on your device only.
- Photos you attach to member profiles are stored on your device only.
- The optional PIN lock is stored on your device in encrypted storage provided by the operating system. The PIN never leaves the device.
Data collection and sharing
- The app has no server, requires no account, and makes no network requests with your data.
- We do not collect analytics, crash reports, advertising identifiers, or any personal information.
- The app contains no advertising.
Exports you create
The app can generate CSV, PDF, and Excel files from your data. These files are created on your device and are only shared if you choose to share them (for example by email or a messaging app). Once you share a file, its handling is governed by the service you shared it to.
Permissions
- Photos/media access — only used when you choose to attach a photo to a member profile or pick a spreadsheet to import.
Data deletion
Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in Android settings, permanently deletes all data the app holds. There is no copy anywhere else.
Your responsibility as a manager
You may record personal details of your team members (names, contact details, dates of birth, leave reasons). You are responsible for using that information in line with your workplace policies and local data-protection law.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app changes how data is handled, this policy will be updated and the "Last updated" date revised.
